It is the voice of the electrical contracting industry, working to promote higher standards, quality workmanship and training for a skilled workforce.

The Baton Rouge Chapter, NECA was established on May 2, 1968 for the purpose of providing members an effective trade association through which to express their collective voice on issues effecting the construction industry.
